this could be either incredible interesting or terrible as there is lots of literature on this. However, it also lends itself to lots of theory debates since there are so many interpretive issues. Also permissibility is going to be obnoxious since the ground is really good on this topic about it maybe being GOOD to help others, but not necessarily OBLIGATORY. I'm seeing an already existing neg bias being exploded by the large number of issues with the phrase "moral obligation."
That being said, I can also see some AFFs being very clever and finding someone to work in a form of a plan to access util benefits which would delink from lots of the very generic NC strats. We'll see how the topic goes I suppose.
